GENERAL QUESTIONS

When are you open?

Our club nights take place every Saturday night with doors opening at 11pm.

Bookings for all our available club nights can be viewed here.

How do I book a booth and what do they include?

Various booth packages are available and can be adapted to suit. All packages do include advance entry. More information can be found here.

Will tickets be available on the door?

General admission on the night is available but advance tickets are very much encouraged to secure your place. Tickets can be found here.

I have a question in regards to my booking?

For all booking enquiries, please contact bookings@vinylayr.com. Please note, our accounts are generally manned during office hours. Should you wish to make urgent contact with our team at the weekend, please do so via Facebook Messenger

Do I have to be over 18 to enter?

All guests must be over the age of 18 and be able to provide valid photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence) to gain entry to the venue. Management reserve the right of admission at all times.

Ticket and booth cancellations?

Advance Tickets are non-refundable & non-transferable.

Booth Package cancellations must be received a minimum of 24 hours prior to the date of your booking, in order to receive a full refund. Refunds may take up to 10 working days. Refund requests received with less than 24 hours notice will not be processed. Cancellations must be made in writing to bookings@vinylayr.co.uk

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?

Our venue is accessible for wheelchair users.

I have lost something, can you help?

Yes, we can. Please contact us here and include a detailed description of the lost item, and the time/location you believe it was misplaced. Please note that weekends are incredibly busy, so lost property requests will be picked up by our team during the first half of the following week.

What is your dress code?

When attending our club nights and events, we encourage you to dress to impress. Shorts, football tops and hats are not permitted.

Can I rent the venue?

Vinyl can cater for private parties of all sizes and is available for showcases, corporate events, receptions and much more! Whatever your enquiry, we’d love to chat about it. Get in touch today

ARRIVAL AT VENUE

What is the process when arriving at the venue?

We politely request that all customers who have purchased Advance Tickets or Booth Packages attend the venue prior to midnight, where possible. Please check social media in advance for the most up to date door times & event details. Please show the QR code received upon arrival.

All guests must be over the age of 18 and be able to provide valid photographic ID (Passport or Driving Licence) to gain entry to the venue. Management reserve the right of admission at all times.

Booth Guests failing to arrive prior to 1am may result in the allocated booth being re-sold via our waiting list. We politely request that your full group arrives together, where possible.

Customers who have purchased Advance Tickets or Booth Packages are permitted access to the ‘Priority Queue’ upon arrival. We ask that guests identify themselves to a member of security should guidance be required regarding the queuing system.

Please ensure you have your booking confirmation and a valid form of photo ID ready to present to our security team. All guests will be asked for ID.

Our security team will advise which queue to join, dependant on advance bookings or general admission. Large queues are to be expected, please be patient as we enter all guests as quickly and as safely as possible.

Purchase of Advance Tickets or Booth Package does not guarantee entry. Management reserve the right of admission at all times.

All guests must adhere to the smart dress code and not be intoxicated upon arrival at the venue.
